Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry your purchase did not work out on this occasion, we will pass your comments on to our design team, in regard to returning, we advise purchasing a return label which cost £2.50, this needs to be purchased at the time of ordering, if you do not use on the order, you can use on future orders, this is the easiest way to return to us, otherwise we advise sending second class which costs about £3.50, we hope this does not deter you from ordering from us in the future.
