Ordered what i thought was the cashmere boyfriend sweater in pink/purple but was incorrectly sent a horrible cheap leopard print sweater wrongly labelled. Rang to speak to customer services and operator said she would check but left me hanging on for 10mins+ so gave up and rang again and operator said she would arrange a pre-paid return label to be sent in in post (couldn 't email it despite being 2025). Returned but only received refund for item and not the original postage so had to call again the last two operators at customer services were finally quite helpful BUT such a hassle dealing with Pure Collection. So sad when I remember how lovely it was dealing and buying from them when they were under previous management in Harrogate .. will not be buying again from them now.

Have been buying this style for years. Soft and comfortable in cashmere, washes well, better fit for an older woman in my opinion
