I ordered this sweater and pair of men’s socks…but when parcel arrived, there was no sweater, despite a receipt saying both items were in package.
After several phone calls and a lot of hassle, I was told that sweater must have been omitted from parcel. By then the sweater was no longer available.
I did get refund, but was also offered a voucher as well as I had spent so long trying to sort out the problem….still waiting for the voucher after several weeks! Good morning Deborah,
