I was sent the wrong style - a loose fit with straight seams and a different model number, not the style I ordered which was described as 'slim fitting style with a figure hugging shape'.

I telephoned customer services and had to explain my problem three times. I received no apology and was told that I must pay the postage to return this item as the company 'doesn't issue return labels'

I did this and also emailed the company to complain. They have responded by saying that I should not have posted the article but waited for a label to be sent to me - and that they have posted me one. (This was on 19th September and I have yet to receive it.)
Additionally, I have been told that the sweater sent is the correct one and that the style number has changed. Even though I have sent a photograph of the shaped seam of one of their sweaters purchased previously, I have received an email ignoring this . I have been advised that the cost of the sweater has been refunded but not the postage. All in all, I have spent a total of £11.60 and a lot of time on this with no satisfaction. I will not use this company again.
