Despatched promptly from warehouse. Unfortunately the delivery company used was Evri and it has a poor reputation inbl this area. First date nor met and my complaint to Evri was not answered.

The colour of the poncho was advertised as blonde and the product looked a pale creamy colour inbthe catalogue but when it arrived there was definitely a pink tinge to it. I therefore returned and the refund was activated promptly.

This poncho is not for me, it isn’t big enough for me, it is very thin and lightweight, I wanted something a little heavier and there was so much static which I wasn’t sure if it would go away.
