The coat arrived completely crushed - unwearable no less - I have tried steaming it but it will require to be professionally ironed. All of that would be bearable but the coat is absolutely huge and with a volume of fabric at the front . It cannot be worn open as depicted online unless you are 6' tall and have the stature to accommodate such an amount of fabric. I was hoping for a far neater look but unfortunately, at 5'4", although size 10/12, I shall look like a marquee in it. Very sad indeed.
