Scarf arrived but the colour was not as I thought so decided to return, which I posted on same day. Pure Collection don't issue a returns label therefore had to purchase postage online. The scarf has not been received back by Pure Collection and is assumed lost by Royal Mail and I have to claim direct from them, which is not an easy task. I suggest that Pure Collection reviews it's returns procedure as this has put me off from buying from them again online.
