Excellent quality but the sizing chart didn’t tally with the actual jumper which was rather too small. I ordered a large for a man’s chest size 40 inches but had to return it for an extra large. Luckily the colour l chose was still available and there was a great choice to go for. The returns service was excellent. The Black Friday offer of two for £210 temped me to buy a second jumper. The larger jumpers arrived very quickly and l was reimbursed for the smaller size. Thank you for your very prompt service.

There was an error in the catalogue The colours of marine blue and petrol blue were transposed. I made my purchase online and in consequence I received the wrong colou,r. When I initially contacted customer services they were unhelpful . Apparently, any error in an online purchase is the Customer’s fault despite the air in the catalogue?
