Purchased on 01/10/21, payment taken on 01/10/21 for 3 to 5 days delivery, goods dispatched to courier on 07/10/21 but still not received on 16/110/21 even though Hermes has sent photo of parcel (which proves nothing) saying it was delivered at 20:12 on 13/10/212. HERMES LIED, VERY POOR NONE DELIVERY SERVICE.
