I received my shirt and it was fine however it was a it snug fit and so I opted to exchange for the next size up. That went great, I received the exchange reasonably quickly, however the garment looked like it had been screwed up into a ball and left in a forgotten corner for some time. Anyway, for some reason I decided to keep it, thinking that I would be able to get creases out if I hung it on a hanger for long enough. No chance! It looks horrendous. Even more stupidly I cut the label off. It can’t be washed or ironed and so my only option is to take it to the dry cleaners and see if they can get the creases out. Very disappointing, with hindsight I should have returned in immediately, it is an expensive shirt and it should never have been sent out in that state.
